Birthday!
A year unlike any other
Sam’s Day
Sam had made it another spin around the sun. And what a year it has been!
- Buy a house: ✔️
- Get a dog: ✔️
- Travel by train: ✔️
- Visit North Dakota: ✔️
- Get pregnant: ✔️
- …with twins: ✔️
- Give birth to 31 week 3 day old twins: ✔️
If you start listing things it really is pretty crazy. From the way we discovered we were pregnant (in the ER) to finding out they were twins.
And, to top it off, a global pandemic! This will be a year we won’t soon forget.
Sam has taken all of it in stride. She’s continued to be an amazing mother and wife. She continues to do things for others, like sponsoring a graduating senior with a banner and other goodies; doing crafts as gifts for other friends; just being awesome!
Wavy will look back on this pandemic as a time that she got to hang out with mommy, not as some existential crisis, thanks to Sam.
After all this year has given you and what you have given us, we love you more than ever!
